Excel - Consolidation of Reports
Had a pretty urgent deadline I was trying to make, which was communicated to the freelancer. After saying he could make that work, he did not complete the job on time or correctly. I think the project was a little more challenging and time-intensive than he realized. It was possibly a lot to ask for in such a short timeframe, so I don't blame him much for it. Just an unfortunate situation. He would probably do fine with more standard Excel projects, especially when given adequate time to deliver the desired results and make any revisions.
