I've always heard of horror stories of people using Upwork. In my 11 years of using this platform, this never happened to me, until now. We had the most awful experience working with Vasiliy - we briefed so thoroughly, offered a bonus for getting the job done on time and had to end it incomplete and find someone else. In addition, V continually ignored me in comms and engaged with my (male) business partner instead. I found him aggressive when I asked to be CCed and really would not recommend any female to hire this guy.
