Complete & Fix Existing Full-Stack Platform (Node.js / React / Stripe / Twilio / AWS)
I am requesting return of the remaining escrow funds because the current milestone was not completed correctly and was never approved for payment.
After the milestone submission, multiple revisions and implementation issues were identified involving the functionality and overall completion of the phase deliverables. The project remained in revision status because the work was not fully completed or properly finalized for this phase, which is also reflected within the message history and revision discussions.
The conversation history shows acknowledgment that the milestone still needed additional fixes, updates, and corrections before it could be considered complete. Because the work for this phase remained unresolved and unfinished, I chose not to continue the contract or approve release of the escrow payment.
Since the milestone was never properly completed, finalized, or approved, I am requesting that the remaining escrow funds be returned rather than released.
