In this project, I built a web app whereby a company manages rental houses and sells properties. The users can be able to find a house of their choice and property based on the price, the house size, and the location. I have integrated an admin panel whereby admins manage the website. The web app has the role of an admin, house owner, and tenant. The tenant can pay their monthly rent using Mpesa on the web app and a receipt is generated for that payment. The tenant will be able to rate their house using a star rating and also review. The house owner will be able to monitor operations on their house and also be able to see vacant and fully booked rooms.
