You will receive a responsive, cloud-based complaint management system for collecting, tracking, and managing public or customer complaints. Users can submit complaints with their contact details, location, description, category, and supporting images, then receive a unique tracking ID to check progress.
Depending on the selected package, the system can include an admin dashboard for viewing complaints, updating status, setting priority, assigning departments, adding remarks, and monitoring complaint statistics.
I can customize the portal with your organization’s name, logo, colours, complaint categories, departments, required fields, and workflow.
The solution can be deployed using AWS services such as Amazon S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and a database. It is suitable for municipalities, housing societies, colleges, NGOs, maintenance companies, and service-based organizations.
AWS usage charges, domain costs, and paid third-party services are not included. Deployment will be performed in the client’s AWS account using limited IAM access. Root credentials are never required.
