This project delivers a seamless Salesforce–Telegram integration that connects your CRM with one of the world’s most popular messaging platforms. It enables two-way communication between Salesforce and Telegram, allowing users to send and receive messages directly from Salesforce record pages while maintaining complete message visibility within the CRM.
Using the Telegram Bot API, I will develop secure Apex services and REST endpoints that handle both outbound and inbound communication. Every message—whether sent from Salesforce or received from Telegram—will be stored in a dedicated custom object (Telegram_Message__c) for tracking, reporting, and auditing.
To enhance usability, a Lightning Web Component (LWC) will provide a chat-style interface, enabling users to view conversation history and send new Telegram messages without leaving Salesforce. Automated Flows or Triggers can also be configured to send notifications based on business events, such as new lead creation, opportunity updates, or case assignments.
