I saw Andrei's profile and the 100% success rate and "Top Rated" stood out. A few reviews further down the page mentioned how special it was working with him, so I decided to proceed -- and I'm glad I did!
On the very first reply he provided a perfect solution he had custom made in the past, and even shared screenshots of the code without any hesitation (this was before any contract terms were even finalized). Execution was smooth, and he even set us up with some additional tools to work around a few road blocks. All the while he was giving me step-by-step updates of each change he was making, and systematically testing. As someone who is technical myself, this was very reassuring as well as educational.
Long story short, am super happy with Andrei's quality of work, communication and everything else. Will most certainly be working again together soon!
