We brought Andrii in to take a look at our AWS setup and CI/CD pipeline, and honestly, best decision we made in a while.
Our deployment stuff was working, but man, it just felt messy. Like we were doing things the hard way but didn't know how to fix it. We had some automation going but it always felt like we were missing something obvious.
Andrii came in and within a few hours of poking around, he had a bunch of really solid suggestions. What I loved was that he didn't make us feel stupid about our current setup. Instead of just saying "this is wrong," he'd explain why a different approach would work better for what we're trying to do.
He pointed out some AWS services we'd never even heard of that could handle a lot of the manual stuff we were still doing. Made us realize we were basically doing things the hard way when there were easier options right there.
