Monitors Google Sheet for rows with status = "queued"
Generates ad creative images using OpenAI DALL-E 3 API
Creates organized folder structure: /Client/Campaign/filename.png
Uploads images to Google Drive with proper naming
Updates sheet with status (ready/failed), Drive link, timestamp, and error log
Processes 20 rows per run, scheduled every 15 minutes
