Anton is a good worker, but he found my project not attractive so worked slow, time to time got disappeared and finally we finished somehow. But i had to pass his tasks to my dev. team ,they had to fix everything he didn't want (or just couldn't). I would say that Anton perfectly fits "home" projects, but if you have robust requirements and fixed deadlines and tied to some agreements with clients he is not your choice.
