The project got off to a pretty good start and Doug did what we needed to get done with some prompting and many rescheduling opportunities.
I was required to remind Doug several times to provide us with documentation of the startup/shutdown process documenting what he did. This took several months. The documentation is not the level of quality I can pass on to my customer without editing.
I can only assume that Doug was very busy with other projects at the time.
