Laravel Queue Expert
3 Sprints; first went well; second also went pretty well; 3rd we had a sudden "wedding" of which disappearance was unknown. Not the first, won't be the last. Was a decent developer when it suits him, if not, you are screwed. Getting final sprint delivery from him was like pulling teeth.

Kshitij has been excellent at translating my ideas and adjustments into an ever-improving UX, with updated functionality of our web application week by week while we've been in a live environment. Though not responsible for the original app development, Kshitij has made a massive improvement, leading to great customer feedback and increased in-app revenue.
I love that he asks questions to clarify ideas and then makes suggestions and provides options at each step. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with him and have only ended this contract to start a new one with him.

Tshitij totally understood what we were after from the users perspective and was then able to translate that into the necessary coding to make it work. After trying several other developers working in teams, he was like a breath of fresh air. Much more like talking to an Aussie, than an overseas contractor.
He was pro-active in suggesting improvements, while always asking sufficient questions to make sure he properly understood our needs. We will continue to use him on a part-time basis going forward and couldn't recommend him highly enough.
