You will get Upgrade Your Laravel App to the Latest Version (10–12)

Project details
I will upgrade your Laravel application to the latest stable version (for example from 8/9/10/11 to 12) and make sure it installs and runs correctly.
This project is for teams who want to modernize their Laravel stack without breaking production. I handle framework dependencies, config updates, and core compatibility fixes so you can keep building on a supported version.
What’s included
• Upgrade Laravel and related first-party packages (Horizon, Scout, Cashier, etc. where used)
• Update composer.json and dependencies
• Apply required config/bootstrap changes
• Fix core breaking changes in routes, middleware, and basic app structure
• Run tests (if present) or a smoke test to confirm the app boots
Not included
• Rewriting large sections of business logic or views
• Fixing many pre-existing bugs unrelated to the upgrade
• Major architecture changes (microservices, multi-tenant rewrite, etc.)
• Very old apps (Laravel 5.x/6.x and below) — these can be quoted separately
If your app is older or deeper refactoring is required, I’ll outline the extra work and we can scope it as a follow-up project.

Excellent results and impeccable work! We were extremely satisfied with the completed tasks. Regrettably, due to the absence of new projects, we have decided to terminate the contract. However, we would unquestionably reengage your services in the future.

Job Success
Bangkok, Thailand - 1:25 pm local time
I work in bounded fixed sprints: isolate the failure path, implement or map the safest fix, verify it with GSC, crawl data, PSI/Lighthouse, GA4/GTM, or Cloudflare evidence, and hand off the remaining risks clearly.
Recent Upwork proof:
- $1,350 fixed-price Technical URL Recovery Audit for a 14-year-old site. I built a decision-ready recovery map from GSC, crawl data, backlink data, Wayback/CDX discovery, redirect chains, broken internal links, parameter/canonical/sitemap findings, and implementation priority sequencing. The client left a 5.0 review.
- fixed-price PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals work with a 5.0 result
- funded GSC 5xx / indexing cleanup
- WordPress redirect and crawl-health fixes
- technical SEO implementation for live business sites
- ongoing SEO/CRO/content-framework support
Typical first sprints:
- GSC indexing / crawl recovery: canonicals, sitemap conflicts, noindex/robots, redirects, Google-selected canonicals, URL ownership issues
- WordPress technical SEO: 5xx errors, plugin/cache problems, redirect cleanup, schema, taxonomy/archive cleanup, Rank Math / Yoast implementation
- Core Web Vitals / PageSpeed: LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB, render-blocking scripts, caching, CDN, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, Cloudflare
- GA4 / GTM / conversion tracking: form submits, booking paths, checkout events, Google Ads conversions, missing or duplicate events
- Migration / relaunch recovery: redirect maps, canonical continuity, sitemap cleanup, post-launch GSC validation
- Cloudflare / access issues: WAF rules, 403/1020, cache behavior, headers, SSL/DNS, Googlebot access checks
Each sprint includes a short changelog, before/after verification where available, the evidence used to validate the issue, and a clear next-step recommendation.
I do not sell backlink packages, citation campaigns, ranking guarantees, or vague monthly SEO.
