eKiosk Health is a cloud-native, self-service Outpatient Department (OPD) management platform designed for modern hospitals. Patients use a touch-screen kiosk to register, complete AI-guided symptom screening, select a physician, and receive a printed/SMS token — all without staff involvement.

The hospital portal provides real-time queue management for nursing and physician teams, with live token updates, vitals entry, and an AI-assisted physician console. Billing is fully integrated — consultation fees are calculated at check-in and patients can pay via UPI QR code at the kiosk itself.

Built as a multi-tenant SaaS, each hospital operates under its own subdomain with fully isolated data. The system supports 13 Indian languages, making it accessible across urban, semi-urban, and rural settings.

An analytics dashboard gives administrators visibility into daily footfall, peak hours, wait times, and revenue trends with 7-day and 30-day sparklines.

The stack is fully containerised (Docker + Nginx), deployed on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and built with React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Prisma — production-ready with horizontal scaling and zero-downtime rollouts.
