Optimise Python web scraping script

Current lower rate is just to start my Upwork profile, and my skill level and hyper-specialized abilities in this particular domain are excellent.
I provide my web scraping services to clients of all sizes. I work with individuals, start-ups, SME/SMBs, academics, corporates, and non-profits.
The scale of any particular project is boundless. Any public or authenticated (logged-in) website, directory or platform can be scraped. I have yet to come across a source URL that has prevented me from doing so over the past 6 years, despite many obstacles.
The scraping can be completed with any parameter in mind and to any specification. The scraping of 100,000s of pages with millions of HTTP requests and custom javascript manipulation is not uncommon for a large project.
While I'm willing to engage in the scraping of a single, basic, target website, I will enforce a minimal budget threshold for all contracted work. Please inquire with me about these thresholds.
