Please be cautious when hiring this freelancer.
Despite a very detailed brief, reference sites, and recorded calls, instructions were repeatedly misunderstood and the same mistakes were made across multiple revisions. I asked directly if the project was beyond his skill level, but instead of saying so, he continued and claimed completion while core deliverables were missing.
Milestone 1 was not completed as defined, yet the contract was later closed as “completed” without proper delivery or handover.
After a formal dispute and evidence review, Upwork refunded over 80% of the payment due to non-delivery.
I do not recommend this freelancer for structured or instruction-driven work.
