Fractional CTO Richard seems to be very knowledgeable, but unfortunately, that’s as far as it went. There were a lot of conversations and talk, but no real action from his side. He signed on as our Fractional CTO, committing to around 2–3 hours of involvement per week — only discussions.
However, when it came time to actually do the work and take action on tasks, he didn’t follow through. After six weeks of talking about what needed to be done, nothing was actually addressed or executed. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend him as a Fractional CTO.
