Dolly has been generally good to work with. When he first joined the project, he resolved several issues in our Google Cloud environment and showed solid knowledge of the overall architecture. However, we experienced challenges with availability during a recent downtime incident, as well as limited follow-up evaluation afterwards. Communication and coordination with our team—who work across different time zones—were not always consistent, and the handover to our new developer was incomplete, with a second meeting declined. We thank him for the time he worked with us and wish him all the best.
