Project details

You are hiring a one-person company that operates as a human-plus-neural-net pairing. The product I build for you is the same thing. Your own personal neural net, a memory system tailored to you, paired with a custom agent that already knows you.

For my first three Upwork clients I am running this at the Founders' Rate of $1500, delivered in two weeks. Standard pricing after this is $5K personal, $12K business, $35K+ enterprise. In exchange you write an honest review. After three, this rate is gone.

What you get:

A markdown memory vault capturing your goals, context, decisions, and patterns. Your personal canon, yours to keep.

A custom agent that reads it and operates with full context every time. Not a chatbot. A second pair of hands that already knows you.

Skills, reusable agent commands that automate the recurring work in your life or business. Drafting emails in your voice. Generating images on your brand. Reviewing contracts for the lines that bite founders.

I built this for myself and for Nuro Finance, my omnichain agentic banking platform live across 23 chains. The methodology is real. The artifacts are proof.
Machine Learning Tools
ChatGPT, GPT-3, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow

I'm Richard Wayne, founder of Nuro Finance. Nuro is an omnichain agentic banking platform where AI agents trade prediction markets and route profits to real-world Visa debit cards. I architect, ship, and stress-test the kind of production-grade Web3 systems most teams attempt and abandon.

Before Nuro, I built Memetropolis: a LayerZero V2 cross-chain token launchpad live across 7 chains. About $300K invested. 810 commits. The OApp and OFT patterns I battle-tested there now power Nuro's 23-chain bridge matrix.

What I actually do, well:

• LayerZero V2 OApp / OFT / ONFT deployments across EVM chains
• Circle CCTP V2 integrations, including the Solana-to-EVM route most teams hit a wall on. I run the bridge-kit path, not the public SDK that's silently missing remote domains.
• Polymarket CLOB trading bots with risk-controlled agent wallets
• Multi-chain vault and escrow systems with real concurrency. Postgres advisory locks plus per-address chain locks plus fresh nonces. Not naive sequential signing that breaks under load.
• Card-issuing flows: on-chain settlement, USDC swap, fiat card credit via Visa Issuer integrations
• Signal-driven backend systems: SAM.gov, OSHA, FEMA, and federal procurement data turned into enriched B2B leads with SKU recommendations and recurrence prediction

How I work:

I write code that holds up at 10K and 100K users. Not code that works for now. Every sweep is observable. Every flag has a kill-switch. Every migration is verified against actual production schema, not against what the migration file claims. Risky on-chain paths ship behind observe-only flags for the first 24 hours in production. Every time.

If you're a founder shipping serious Web3 infrastructure (bridges, agentic systems, payment rails, cross-chain DeFi), and you've been burned before by engineers who could prototype but couldn't operate in production, we should talk.

Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Solidity, ethers v6, viem, Foundry, Postgres, Python, PM2, Vercel, GitHub Actions, LayerZero V2, Wormhole, Circle CCTP V2, Polymarket CLOB, Privy, Dynamic, Web3Auth, Stripe Issuing, SD3.
