Redesign MYSQL database
Tom was great when creating the database. He volunteered to stay on and consult and answer questions as I had someone else migrate data into the new db and program the site using the new db. When it came time for questions during the migration (practice different than theory) he was no longer available or when he was available he wasn't helpful with pros and cons regarding the change.
I think he's knowledgeable and I don't question his work. He just left me hanging with the migration of the data, so I could be making changes that makes the design less effective and wasting the time and money I've spent to redesign the db
