Develop Custom Zapier App w/ Triggers & Actions
We unfortunately faced some difficulties in this project. Dharmesh was initially helpful, and explained to me the reasons why our plan turned out to be not possible technically after he tried to work with the system's APIs. However, while he was hard-working and polite, I had some issues with communication, as the freelancer would often not reply to my messages. While it is definetly not his fault that the execution failed, I expect to at least be able to have a conversation in order to be able to agree on how to end the contract. I understand he also had some personal obligiations during the same period, but I need clarity to know how to move forward. I also have my own deadlines that I must abide to. All in all, I wish Dharmesh the best, and thank him for his efforts during this project. I am happy to compensate Dharmesh with a portion of the original project budget to compensate him for his time and effort.
