Using Zoho CRM systems to communicate with customers and track results
My experience with Arslan started out as positive and hopeful. Unfortunately, the work dragged out for a couple months and ultimately he was not able to do what I was asking him to do. In addition some of the automations he created malfunctioned and resulted in a handful of customers incorrectly receiving emails that should not of.
I will add that he also threatened to use my customer date against me.
I have since worked directly with a zoho team member and solved most of the issues in a 1 hour consultation in which I was billed for over 30 hours for.

Data Centralization Specialist for Streamlining Business Operations
The freelancer failed to deliver even the basics of the agreed project. After many weeks there was no working integration, no automations, no functional workflow and no usable result. Deadlines were ignored and communication was unreliable. I had to fix multiple issues myself. This was a complete waste of time and I strongly advise future clients to avoid this experience.
