Consultation GIG: As a Zoho expert, and Scrum master I will learn your company's unique business model and build a document where I'll advise about the best way to effectively set up your CRM and other integrated apps.

Why should you buy this gig? I have 10 years working with Zoho and other CRMs on a deep level. During all these years I've been setting up all features and developed a handful of solutions solving problems in a wide variety of areas providing enough tools in the CRM to execute multiple marketing, sales, and operation strategies.
We start with a 1, 2 or 3 hours Zoom meeting, where we will establish the scope of the project. Then, I'll build a proposal with the architecture, timeline, tasks and milestones for the initial dev GIGs. Based on it, we will pick which of our other GIGs we will use to set up everything. Usually, the 1 daily hour during 5 days Basic GIG is enough, but if more hours are needed we can go with 2 daily hours during 5 days Standard GIG or, with 3 daily hours during 5 days Premium GIG. I and my team, will work to get your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) asap.
