You will get diversity, equity, and inclusion audit and training (non-profits only)

Project details
I will support your organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion work by listening to the voices of your marginalized members and speaking to their needs in a 1.5 hour diversity training. My expertise is in talking to those who don't identify as "social justice warriors"--regular people who may not understand how lack of privilege changes one's experience in the world.
This project includes a 1 hour call with your diversity team to understand your specific needs. I will then meet with marginalized members (those who are not part of the majority) to hear about their experiences and needs. I will deliver a 1.5 hour diversity training that covers identity and privilege, implicit bias, and microaggressions. The project will end with a 1 hour call to discuss final thoughts and deliver feedback. Add ons include a review of your policies and accommodations and a second training to focus on a particular need in your organization.
This offering is specifically for non-profit organizations. I specialize in working with intentional communities, sex positive communities, and self-directed learning organizations. All meetings will be held remotely via Zoom.
