This is your Diet Meal Plan with Scheduled Fasting Periods included for you! As you will see, every second day comes with a strategic 16-hour fast, which will boost your metabolism and help you burn fat, build muscle and improve your health! So, what you have to do is the simplest thing – after your last meal (Meal 4 with the side dish), you have Meal 5 named “16-hour fast”. This means that you simply stop eating for 16 hours. You can adjust your fasting/eating periods as you wish! We recommend you skip your breakfast and start eating at noon. For example, eat Meal 4 at 9 p.m. and fast until 1:00 p.m. the next day, when you start with Meal 1. You can eat your last meal earlier (i.e. at 6 p.m.) and break your fast earlier (at 7:00 a.m. the next morning). Also, if you don’t want to eat 4 or 5 meals, you can combine Meal 1 with Meal 3 or Meal 2 with Meal 3. Always consult your physician before beginning any new meal or exercise programs.
