It's important to not to be distracted by the shiny actions that spring to mind. There is always a fiery moment in coaching, and we're firemen thank God... Ha... I like analogies... It's the great discussion of, "this is an important action Gary" (Like every business action) And I say "Is it as important as your goals action?" And then the coachee spends 15 minutes defending the action of why they should do an action that has no ROI, only pleasantry automation or system to have... An interesting dynamic for sure.
I have helped so many business owners it's amazing, and with achieve goals the line is not straight, but with a coach, the achievement is shorter. Regardless if you work with me or not, getting a coach is a good move, so go you!
