I am offering a personalised, high-quality service underpinned by science. The key to successfully achieving your body goals is to find the approach you enjoy that you can adapt to your own life. The approach needs to be sustainable long-term.
I have an MSc in Nutrition, REPS level 3 Personal training qualification and years of experience working for clients with a variety of different goals, needs and health conditions.
The service I provide is high quality and underpinned by science. The workout plan will be periodised to ensure progression and exercise guides and explanations will be provided.
The nutrition plan will be based on the Macronutrient targets calculated by me. I will provide meals according to the targets set with macronutrients calculated. The meals will have a variety of options for each day and are based on the answers given in the questionnaire provided.
In summary, the service I provide includes:
-Initial diet monitoring period
-Questionaire to formulate personalised workout and nutrition plans
-1/3/6 Month workout and Nutrition plans start
-Weekly changes made where needed
-Daily email support
-Weight monitoring
