Onboarding Polcy & Handbook Update
Working with Valentine was fantastic. She outlined workflow and completed tasks on time and with careful consideration. we had hundreds of policies to update. She made a spreadsheet of changes with recomendations. I was able to aprove. she also created new policies from multiple references.
For missing areas she came with briefs.
She recomended we re-structure the layout - she came back with a plan. i gave her hours and she stuck to those. She communicated effectivly and quickly. Pivoting when needed.
