My work experience includes: tutoring the last 7 years one-on-one and the past 2 and a half years on-line. I am currently tutoring students(age 3-8) in Australia(English & Mathematics),Poland & South Africa(American curriculum (K-12)) and the USA Core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science(Grade 5-8). Building character and self - esteem form an integral part of my teaching approach along with parent involvement. Parents play a very important role in the success of a student's tutoring. The parent and I need to work cohesively toward the objectives that needs to be met to advance their child.
I've been working with diverse cultural backgrounds and it makes me adaptable to any student's learning environment. The objective is to have fun and a learning experience that results in a student being able to teach someone else what they have learned.
I have two Diplomas: one in Tourism Management and the other in Ministry. I am currently busy with my Bachelor's degree in Ministry . I also have a Home Education Diploma as well as a 180 Combined TEFL/TESOL Certificate from DUX Learning. I've worked as an Au-Pair, the travel and banking industry before becoming a full time tutor since 2015.
