I offer a 12-week self-publishing/book marketing coaching program. While I say 12-week, it depends on the client’s progress. They may finish the program earlier, or they may take longer to complete. I’m flexible with the program delivery. I believe the author’s platform forms the basis of your book marketing strategies. We start with maximizing your LinkedIn profile, your Amazon author profile, and the About Me section on your author’s website. You do have an author’s website, don’t you? How about individual landing pages for each of your publications?
Well, don’t worry if you don’t. As a website developer, I currently have fifteen or so websites online promoting my books and business ventures. I am experienced in Joomla! and WordPress website development. Over the years, I have created 50-60 websites and have served as the Webmaster for several nonprofit organizations. I can assist you in maximizing your websites and showing you how to do it yourself, saving you money by hiring high-priced website developers.
My coaching program integrates your website, your blog and develops your social media presence. We dive deep into your current Amazon book descriptions, revitalizing them as necessary, and focus on your keywords and the book categories you have submitted. Did you know you can post your book and up to 10 categories on Amazon? You were only allowed 2 categories when you originally uploaded your book.
We look at different strategies for marketing your book, both free ones and paid ones. Towards the end of the program, we explore tactics to help you become recognized as an expert in your field by participating in social media conversations and becoming featured as a guest on podcasts in your subject area.
I believe in fair compensation for exemplary work. If you hire me for your project, you will find me to be a detail-oriented person who does his best to make your project a success. I can’t guarantee you will be a best-selling author. I can ensure that upon completion of this 12-week program, you will have the foundations to be a successful author. However, you define success.

Prepare the Contract:
Once we agree on the format, objectives, and project deliverables, time allotment and financial terms, I will prepare our Upwork contract for your approval and acceptance.
Information Collection:
If you have purchased a Standard or an Advanced project you will be asked to provide me a current resume/curriculum vitae if you have one and a URL to your Linkedin profile.
