No matter what your goal is, together we will complete an online workout session that is individually tailored to your wishes and needs!
Whether it's a HIIT session, a short but challenging Tabata workout or a functional strength training - in the one-hour session via Zoom, we will push you to your limits and support each other in achieving peak performances.
One online training session includes:
• Warm up
• Workout based on your fitness level (HIIT, Tabata, functional or strenght training)
• Cool-Down (Stretching)
