I am IT guy with 10 years of experience in different networking technologies (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Checkpoint, F5, Bluecoat...) and 10 years of experience as member of network support team going through different roles from the First line support agent to 3rd line support agent, team quality lead, problem manager and root cause owner focused on root cause investigation followed by designing and implementing permanent solution.
