Hi,
I'm an engineer with previous tutoring experience that also happens to have a passion for chess! I've been playing for 5 years, though more seriously for the last year and a half, and have recently begun competing in-person at local leagues. Although I don't have an official USCF rating, I'm rated about 1700 on Chess.Com and as a still improving player understand the difficulties of determining how to "play better".
I've developed a training ideology which has helped improve my rating by 200 points in the past month, and I would love to share this with others. I'm know it's not an entirely original idea and that there are lots of online tutorials and videos covering chess improvement, but my goal is to help navigate all of this with a straightforward path to increased ratings. I can help with bullet/blitz if that's what your focused on, but my improvement is focused on rapid games and slower.
