For the next 7 days, you will be sent daily exercises to help you return to a career after taking time out to raise your family. These exercises are designed to help you identify your strengths, rediscover your passions and make a plan for your return to work.
Everyday, on completion of each exercise, I will give you my feedback on your work and reflections to help you move forward.

I bring 19 years of experience working in education and careers covering further education, specialist education, higher education, as well as running my own writing and consulting business, working with clients from entry level to C-level.
During this time, I have built up coaching expertise in the field, supporting over 1000 clients worldwide, in a variety of industries, and supporting people with barriers to employment. These include young people and adults with special educational needs, parents returning to work after a break from employment, and international graduates. I have also worked with some high profile clients, including a government advisor at the most senior level, a seven figure performance coach and a well-known journalist/activist.
As well as consulting, I work as a content writer and editor, focusing on careers, curriculum development, and education. I have various careers and coaching qualifications, a PGCE (PCET), a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education, and a master’s degree in special educational needs.
