Project details
You will receive 1:1 change management counseling, coaching, and discussion in a virtual session with me. Bring any change-related concerns, questions, or issues you are facing and we will go over change methods, roadblocks, ideas, solutions, and ways to move forward.
Tier 1 includes 1 40-minute virtual session.
Tier 2 includes 2 40-minute virtual sessions.
Tier 3 includes 2 hours of virtual sessions over 2-3 sessions.
I've written a book on change management - Life After Leaping In - based on my own experiences of a year of incredible change in my life - losing my beloved mare, selling my home of 15 years, relocating across the country in a Mini Cooper convertible with my cat, being laid off after 15 years at my company, starting my business, writing 2 books, and falling in love.
I've learned a thing or two about change and I can help you with it, too! I'm fun, personable, and discrete - we'll enjoy our time and I can help you to look at change in new ways.

Answer the intake questions and schedule your virtual session with me! If we're meeting more than once we can set those times now. The questions ask for your preferred communication method for our meeting - Zoom, Webex, telephone call, etc.
