I have worked in municipal Human Resources since 2001 and have occupied a range of progressively responsible positions from Office Specialist to Insurance Specialist, specializing in Risk Management and then Employee Benefits and Workers’ Compensation. In 2015, I took a position as the Labor Relations Program Manager and managed 10 labor contracts, participated in labor negotiations, and conducted Employee Relations investigations and training. My work then culminated in becoming the Director of Human Resources.

Using my years of experience and what I have learned along the way, I am committed to helping people do leadership better using creativity, innovation, and technology to build themselves up.
