The key to coaching is bringing out the strengths within a person. While a coach can provide guidance and direction and that is important, it is equally important for that coach to bring out from within the individual, their strengths to move forward with their goals. While I draw on my vast experience in the business world, I have also learned that much of what we seek is already within us. Sometimes we just need a little extra help in discovering what we already know and have within us.
There are many flavors of the coaching experience we can explore. Maybe you are a seasoned executive and you need someone to vent to and to bounce ideas off of. Maybe you are a manager and need help problem-solving or troubleshooting specific areas of your business. Maybe you are new to your field and need help in knowing where to start. Whatever you need may be, I can develop a coaching session to meet those needs.
Coaching sessions can be a one-time consultation, weekly or monthly. The frequency is up to you and your needs.

Coaching Session
After a brief overview of the scope of work, the 1-hour coaching session can occur. Additional sessions can be added on for a reduced rate. There is no limit to the number of additional sessions.
