Working with Diana required patience but ultimately produced a fair enough deliverable.
Diana has genuine knowledge of styling, colour analysis and body shape, and the live wardrobe session was valuable which is why I chose her over the other stylists I spoke to. The final style deck covers the brief and includes a system, seasonal and occasion frameworks, outfit formulas referencing pieces from my actual wardrobe, and shopping guidance with a clear invest/save logic. None of this came without significant effort from my part to get her there.
The first version of the deck arrived as text only, with no visual references. When I raised this, the response was that text-only style decks are industry standard, which I'd push back on, because style is an inherently visual discipline. It required two full rounds of revision and detailed written feedback from me to reach the final standard. A client shouldn't need to audit and direct a freelancer's output this closely to get a deliverable that matches an agreed brief.
The other concern is an over-reliance on AI tools to generate content, which was reflected in the generic quality of the first submission and several broken shopping links.
The final deck is functional and I can use it. But I came away without the deeper clarity on my personal style that I was hoping for: something that feels distinctly mine rather than a curated Pinterest board.
If you have a detailed brief and are willing to invest significant time directing and correcting the work yourself, Diana will eventually deliver something usable. But given the effort required on my end to get there, I would not recommend her for clients who expect a professional standard of work from the first submission.
