Drawing from experience coaching both general population clients and competitive athletes, I create individualized strength training programs designed around your goals, training history, schedule, recovery capacity, and available equipment. Whether your priority is improving health, building muscle, increasing strength, enhancing athletic performance, or balancing multiple goals at once, your program is tailored to your needs—not pulled from a one-size-fits-all system.
My background in strength and conditioning and sports nutrition allows me to consider the bigger picture of performance and recovery when designing your plan.
