After more than 25 years in leadership and executive roles, I was mentally and emotionally spent. My health was suffering too. But I found my way back to balance through ancient wisdom practices that spurred extraordinary insights and healing on all levels--emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually. During our consultation, I will ask you a series of questions in order to gain an understanding of where you are now and where you'd like to go. Following our consultation, I will prepare and submit to you a Life Plan proposal designed and tailored just for you. After you review the Plan, just let me know of any changes you'd like me to make. I'll edit the Plan and send the final file to you. There's no additional cost unless you choose to move forward with me.
