Basically, we will be having our sessions over your preferred video messaging/calling app. I'll teach you how to cook Filipino food. This will include familiarization of ingredients, understanding Filipino cuisine and its influences, A bit of Philippine history through foods, cooking methods, cooking terminologies, techniques. With me being a proud Filipino accompanied by my Bachelors Degree, currently pursuing my Master Degree and 7 years of experience in Culinary, I'll help you to not just cook, but understand the diverse flavors and cuisine of the Philippines!

I've been in the hospitality industry for 7 years now, having had my internship at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Manila which has an international 5 star rating. I was a pastry chef at an island resort in south of the Philippines. Due to the pandemic I went back in the metro and had the opportunity to work in one of the biggest telco companies in the US. I now have an experience in CSR and Sales.
