OBM for Website Design Agency
Ashfak was consistently polite, cooperative, and available. He completed assigned tasks when provided with clear, step-by-step instructions and maintained open communication throughout the contract. However, the role required a much higher level of independent thinking, initiative, and ownership of outcomes, which was not demonstrated over the two months we worked together. While not currently suited for OBM-level responsibilities, Ashfak may be a better fit for VA-style roles with clearly defined, task-based work and closer oversight.
