In my personal opinion, this freelancer is diligent in their work but lacks respect for the employer. What the employer or project supervisor requires is clarity in the project. However, this freelancer has been unable to provide clear information regarding the project’s timeline and costs, which makes it difficult to manage and control the project effectively. Even after being repeatedly asked to create a timeline to help manage the project budget, those requests have consistently been ignored.
