I initially had a great experience working with Eleesha—her communication and quality on my first project were fantastic. Unfortunately, my second project was the opposite.
Despite setting a clear deadline and providing three days for completion, I received little communication and ultimately no delivery of work. I even saw her active on Upwork while my messages went unanswered. Days passed with silence, leaving me without the project and wasting valuable time.
Professionalism and communication are key, and if there were issues with the project, pay, or deadline, transparency would have allowed me to move forward. Instead, I lost both the service and critical time for my business.
