Using WeChat or Zoom we will first have a free 15-30 minute discussion to see what your level and your goals are to see if I will be worth your time and money. I am not a native speaker, but I've lived in a Chinese household for 5+ years and have taught myself with help from family and friends. I strive to improve every day.
I currently work at a Chinese tech company and speak/message in Mandarin 80% of the time as well as have video meetings with partners in China weekly. I am told that, rather than sounding like a foreigner that learned to speak Mandarin, I instead sound like a poorly educated Chinese man. I'll take it 😂😅
I have helped 4-5 people start their journey learning Chinese and 10+ native Chinese speakers improve their English speaking, reading, and writing.
After three 60-minute sessions you will have a clear roadmap to becoming proficient, know what to focus on according to your level, have learned/practiced the methods that helped me improve at your level, and have both learned and practiced new vocabulary with me.
