No defined career or life ladder to follow from graduation to retirement. You don't need to come in with answers.

About Andrea
Your first leadership & life coach / Social Impact professional
Vancouver, Canada - 3:34 am local time
After cycling between accolades and burnouts for years, the pandemic inspired me to make some pretty drastic life changes including a move to the West Coast & starting my Life & Leadership coaching practice - Andrea Wall Coaches.
Relationships, connection, & impact have been the through-line of my career and coaching provides a sweet spot.
I'm a trained Leadership Coach (ACC accreditation in progress) and follow a nondirective coaching model.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Andrea can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Andrea receives requirements from you.
Andrea works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Book intro call (optional)
I offer a free 30m intro call with all packages. This is our opportunity to get to know eachother, discuss your coaching goals, discuss the logistics of our calls (e.g. confidentiality, call scheduling, etc.) and answer any of your questions.
Schedule Our Calls together
Depending on the package selected, you'll have between 1 & 8 60m coaching calls with me. We'll message to confirm our availabilities and then I'll send us calendar invites (Google Meet) to your preferred email address.
