Since the Russian invasion started in Ukraine, the psychological burden on Ukrainians is getting higher every day. More than 14 mln people got displaced. Some people fled from war, some lost their homes, left their families behind, lost their loved ones, and still facing an uncertain future.
You can donate a counseling session for Ukrainian citizen, helping them to get psychological first aid and free emotional support.
I am a certified mental health professional, trained in therapy for Grief & Loss. My practice started in 2017. I am a member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists (USP). My additional education:
• Working with loss - Institute of Health Psychology + Akershus University Hospital (Norway)
• Psychotherapeutic help in case of sexual violence - Institute for Symbol Drama and Depth Psychology
Psychotherapist in training (2018-2023):
International Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis – Vienna / GLE-International: member of International Federation for Psychotherapy and European Association of Psychotherapy.
