I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I help middle aged men aged 35 to 45 get back into the gym. Between work, having kids and just life moving so fast i let myself go, the worst of it was feeling and knowing i am just not strong as i used to be, just sleeping different can hurt my back and it made me feel weak. so i studied, i learned i qualified. I got my strength back and a confidence i had forgotten. I now do the same for my clients and it is my promise to do the same for you too.

Steps for completing your project

Establish 1RM
1st step is to establish your specific 1 max rep for each of the exercise, from there we can see what weight to work with IE 1RM for bench is 120kg working weight for first chest exercises is 90% or 1RM= 108kg Second exercise is 80% of 1RM= 96kg
Consistency Weekly
Follow up making sure you completing the work outs as prescribed also to assess and progress or regress the weight and or sets.
