About me: I'm a nurse by trade (13+ years in the field). Master's degree in nursing. 6+ years in leadership. Interviewed numerous times as the interviewer and interviewee. Currently, I am a clinical operations director at an academic center.
First, I'll review your resume and provide feedback and we'll develop a list of accomplishments and skills to be leveraged in your interview.
Next, we'll prepare for common interview questions and get a list of experiences that you'll use to address behavioral questions and other common questions you'll likely get asked.
Lastly, I'll act as an interviewer and perform a mock interview.
