Here is an updated description of your strength training program, including four days per week:
Strength Training Program Based on Percentages of Squats, Deadlift, and Bench Press (4 days per week)
This strength training program is designed to help you increase your strength and weight for the three major lifts: squats, deadlifts, and bench press. The program is based on percentages of your one-rep max (1RM) for each lift.
